Terms of use

The platform

bankettap.az is a listings platform. Agreements, prices and service quality are the responsibility of the parties themselves.

Accounts

An account is required to post listings and write reviews. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

Listings

Listing details must be accurate, and photos must belong to the advertiser or be used with permission. Every listing is checked before publication. Listings that break the rules can be rejected or deactivated. Changing an active listing sends it back to review.

Subscription and payment

The monthly subscription for venue listings is 15.00 AZN. The period starts when the listing is first approved. The subscription does not renew automatically; when it ends the listing is hidden, and it returns after payment. Card details are entered only on the payment organisation's page.

Reviews

Each user can write one review per venue. Reviews are published after a check. Abusive, promotional or fake reviews are removed.
