Who is responsible for your data

This site and your data are managed by bankettap.az.

What we collect

At registration: name, email and a one-way hash of your password. In request forms: name, phone, date, guest count, budget and notes. In listings: listing details, contact numbers and photos. In reviews: your name, rating, text and photos. For payments: the amount, status and the payment organisation's transaction number. Card details never reach us and are not stored. Favourites and your compare list stay in your own browser.

Why we use it

To run your account, handle your request, publish listings, manage subscriptions, send you notifications and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Listing details are public. Your name appears on your reviews. A booking request goes to the owner of the venue you chose. We use a payment organisation for payments, and hosting and email services to run the site. When a map opens, OpenStreetMap can see your IP address.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for at most 12 months and then deleted automatically. Accounts and reviews stay until you ask us to remove them.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for login and your language choice. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
